Luxurious and affordable, Mannoury offers that special hotel-like experience. The spacious public spaces incorporate ethically sourced materials, and the tasteful penthouses and luxury apartments are let semi-furnished. The large parking garage accommodates cars and (cargo)bikes.

Comfort and sustainability go hand in hand at Mannoury. The 64 apartments vary in size and luxury, and all boast high-quality finishing throughout. Large windows offer views of the city and parks. Mannoury maintains the green balconies including the watering of the plants.


Luxury living and a panoramic view from Mannoury penthouses are guaranteed. The upper floors accommodate four exclusive and luxury 180 m2 two-level apartments. The living room comes with a 6m high ceiling and a mezzanine floor, the ideal place for a home office. All floors, walls, ceilings, and doors are finished to the highest standards.

The spacious living room doors open onto a generous (30 m2) south-facing roof terrace. The plants on the surrounding roof are maintained and irrigated by Mannoury to ensure year-round greenery. The penthouses come with their 'own’ solar panels connected to the meter to save on electricity bills.

The top-of-the-range open-plan SieMatic kitchen, with large cooking island and composite worktop, includes all modern conveniences, such as Quooker tap and Liebherr wine cooler. The appliances, including a fridge freezer, dishwasher, combi microwave, steam oven and recirculating cooker are from Siemens. Two elegant, luxury bathrooms feature a walk-in shower and bathtub, with modern black Dornbracht taps and special Mosa tiles.

The three spacious bedrooms have large windows and are very light. Built-in window cornices can accommodate any type of window covering, from blackout and dark to light voile curtains, for those who want to wake up to natural light.

Luxury apartments

The sixteen luxury apartments - at either end of the two residential blocks - are bright, airy and spacious, with a living area of 90 m2. The living room with open-plan kitchen comes with doors that open onto a green balcony. All plants are curated, maintained, and irrigated by Mannoury to ensure year-round green balconies. The luxury apartments are connected to their dedicated solar panels whose yield is deducted from the electricity bill. Floors, walls, kitchen and bathrooms are provided with high-quality finishing throughout.

The top-of-the-range open-plan SieMatic kitchen, with cooking island, includes all kinds of modern conveniences, such as Quooker tap and a Siemens fridge freezer, dishwasher, combi microwave and recirculating cooker. The worktop is made of composite materials.

Both of the two comfortable bathrooms have a walk-in shower and wide washbasin. One of them also has a bath. The bathrooms feature black bathroom taps are from the Dornbracht brand, with tile design and tiles from Mosa.

The forty-four City apartments come in different sizes, ranging from 51 m2 to 80 m2. The open living rooms have an open-plan kitchen. Large windows - and doors that open onto the balcony - let in plenty of light and offer a panoramic view.

The City apartments have spacious balconies with evergreen plants. Mannoury takes care of the hassle of maintaining and irrigating the meticulously designed greenery.

The kitchens boast all kinds of modern conveniences, including appliances from sustainable designer Häcker, a Siemens fridge freezer, dishwasher and combi microwave, and a Bora recirculating cooker or a Siemens induction hob with recirculating cooker hood, and Franke faucet. The kitchen is made from recycled PET bottles with a robust composite worktop.

The City apartments come with one or two bedrooms with built-in window cornices that can accommodate any type of window covering. Grohe faucets and Mosa tiles complement the bathroom with walk-in shower.

Dating back to 1865, the Vondelpark is one of the oldest and - certainly best-known - parks in Amsterdam. It is a great place for a walk or jog, or simply for enjoying the evening sun with friends.


With ponds, hiking trails, trees and playgrounds, the Rembrandtpark is a green oasis that’s just around the corner. The green landscape covers more than 45 hectares, from the Cornelis Lelylaan to the Jan Evertsenstraat. Dating back to 1973, the park has had a major facelift in recent years.

Station Lelylaan

Trains, trams, metros and buses depart from Station Lelylaan to various places in Amsterdam and the rest of the Netherlands. You can catch a train from the station and be at Schiphol Airport in just 7 minutes.
