The sixteen luxury apartments - at either end of the two residential blocks - are bright, airy and spacious, with a living area of 90 m2. The living room with open-plan kitchen comes with doors that open onto a green balcony. All plants are curated, maintained, and irrigated by Mannoury to ensure year-round green balconies. The luxury apartments are connected to their dedicated solar panels whose yield is deducted from the electricity bill. Floors, walls, kitchen and bathrooms are provided with high-quality finishing throughout.

The forty-four City apartments come in different sizes, ranging from 51 m2 to 80 m2. The open living rooms have an open-plan kitchen. Large windows - and doors that open onto the balcony - let in plenty of light and offer a panoramic view.
The City apartments have spacious balconies with evergreen plants. Mannoury takes care of the hassle of maintaining and irrigating the meticulously designed greenery.
The kitchens boast all kinds of modern conveniences, including appliances from sustainable designer Häcker, a Siemens fridge freezer, dishwasher and combi microwave, and a Bora recirculating cooker or a Siemens induction hob with recirculating cooker hood, and Franke faucet. The kitchen is made from recycled PET bottles with a robust composite worktop.
